Patient Experience Area

CMC-Steele Creek's patient experience area is a healthcare resource space where community members can:

• Access online health information
• Obtain printouts of health information and helpful resources within the Carolinas Medical Center family
• Perform personal health assessments, including blood pressure checks, body mass index measurements and weight assessments

Our patient experience area, located in the entryway of CMC-Steele Creek, is staffed by a community care coordinator from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. The community care coordinator is available to answer general questions, and coordinate hospital and community healthcare resources for CMC-Steele Creek patients.
